Maria Sfeir
Clinical psychologist and psychotherapist

Graduated in clinical psychology and psychopathology from Saint Jospeh University in Beirut

Maria Sfeir Chidiac is a trilingual psychologist and psychotherapist (French, Arabic, English) with over 10 years of experience, particularly with children, adolescents, and families.

She supports individuals of all ages who are navigating moments of doubt, suffering, or transition — with gentleness, precision, and a deeply human presence.

Her approach combines clinical psychology, social work, and psychosomatics. She is especially interested in the connection between emotions, early attachment, and physical symptoms, with a particular focus on people living with chronic illness. With this holistic lens, Maria helps her clients understand what their bodies may be expressing when words fall short.

As a lecturer at Saint Joseph University, she shares her knowledge with passion and supervises students in complex real-world settings, helping them build a grounded, ethical, and compassionate professional practice.

Her commitment: to honor each story in its uniqueness, and to support each person toward a more balanced life — at their own pace.
